Cabin Classes

Economy

Economy Class cabins contain seats with a pitch of 32 to 34 inches. On flights over 1 hour, the in-flight menu includes a hot meal and snacks. Passengers are privy to a choice of three different meals on flights longer than 2 hours. Select aircraft have seat back screens with video on demand systems offering a range of movies and programs, while other aircraft feature shared cabin screens.

Crown

Crown Class cabins contain flat beds with a seat pitch of 62 to 83 inches. The in-flight menu includes a 4-course meal and a range of beverages. Special meals and dietary requirements can be ordered until 24 hours before the departure time. Crown Class cabins have personal touch screens with video on demand systems offering a range of movies and programs.
Baggage
Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand luggage limited in size, 2 pieces of 23kg checked baggage when travelling to North America and 1 piece of 20kg for all other destinations. Crown Class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of hand luggage limited in size, 2 pieces of 32kg checked baggage when travelling to North America and 1 piece of 30kg for all other destinations.
Check-in Options
Royal Jordanian offers counter, mobile and web check-in. Passengers are required to check-in from 3 hours up to 45 minutes depending on the destination and airport. Please refer to the airline for more details.
Rewards Program
The Royal Plus rewards program allows members to earn points when they fly with Royal Jordanian and their partner airlines. Accumulated points can be used towards flights, upgrades, extra baggage and other benefits with Royal Jordanian.
Lounges
Royal Jordanian has two Crown Class lounges, one located in Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, and the other in King Hussein International Airport, Aqaba. Lounge facilities include relaxing rooms, bedrooms, showers, children's rooms, business facilities, prayer rooms, a library, food and drinks. Crown Class passengers, Royal Plus Platinum and Gold card holders have access to lounges.
