Personal account management
FCm account management is aligned to the corporate structure of each individual client, providing the flexibility to accommodate your specific needs. We take a very hands-on, proactive and personal approach where our account managers are an extension to your procurement and in house travel teams.
Your account manager will have ownership of the FCm Service Level Agreement, the jointly agreed business plan and work in partnership with the Customer Information team and your booking team to regularly review your travel programme and provide strategic advice.
