Dusko Kain awarded Account Manager of the Year

Dusko Kain, Account Manager at FCM Travel Solutions, has been named Account Manager of the Year at the coveted People Awards 2016, following his outstanding contribution to the corporate business travel management industry.

Dusko received the award at a prestigious ceremony held at London’s Grange Tower Bridge Hotel on Friday 27 May. Following the evening’s celebrations Dusko said; “I’m devoted to providing my clients with exceptional diligence during all activity I undertake on their behalf, and it’s inspiring to receive this award, acknowledging my achievements. I believe the foundation for being a successful Account Manager is working as a team, learning from one another by communicating and sharing views. Looking forward, I will continue to uphold FCM Travel Solutions’ philosophies regarding the delivery of a consistently amazing customer experience.”

Dusko was chosen by a judging panel of highly experienced business travel professionals, headed by Chairman Tony Pilcher.
