Bruce Mcindoe, CEO iJet International

Bruce is a recognized thought leader, speaker and executive in the risk management, security, travel and intelligence markets. An iJET founder, Bruce has been the key contributor to the company’s vision and strategic growth, securing its position as the leader in integrated risk management with the development of the Worldcue® Global Control Center platform and 24x7 Global Integrated Operations Center.
Prior to forming iJET in 1999, Bruce was founder and CEO of CSSi, an Inc. 500 and four-time Washington Technology FAST 50 company that developed software and systems for the intelligence community. He received a BS in Physics from Allegheny College and holds a MS in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. Bruce is also on the adjunct faculty of the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) where he teaches security & intelligence related courses.

Champa Magesh, MD at Amadeus UK & IE
Champa Magesh is currently the Managing Director for Amadeus UK and Ireland, where she is responsible for overseeing business strategies across all channels in corporate and leisure travel.
Prior to her appointment in June 2015 at Amadeus, Champa was the Vice President and General Manager UK & Switzerland at American Express Global Business Travel where she had ownership of the strategy of the UK and Swiss travel business. Champa also held leadership roles in other organisations, including World Pay and Cisco Systems; she was responsible for driving key growth initiatives across WorldPay’s multiple sectors and led demand planning and other functions at Cisco.
With over 19 years of international work experience, Champa has worked in senior management roles across a range of industries including travel technology, pharmaceutical distribution and mining. She has been awarded multiple business awards by her peers for exceptional achievements in driving business growth and exceeding customer expectations.
James Dent, Founder at Susterra
James is the founder of Susterra Ltd, based in London; a UK is a software/consultancy firm specialising in sustainability services aimed at corporate travel – carbon reporting, analytics, footprint reduction and travel CSR solutions. James developed carbon footprinting software, based on the ICAO Methodology, which produces data reports to a very high accuracy which enables travel efficiency mapping, this is used to increase travel footprint efficiency year on year after initial baseline calculations. He has an excellent working relationship with Flight Centre Group and, through Susterra Ltd, helps provide reporting, analytics and carbon reduction strategies to corporate clients ranging in size, scope and industry.
With a passion for sustainability he has lead various clean energy generation projects for the AECF in Southern Africa and research projects at the UK’s Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Philosophy and MSc in Environmental Science, both from The University of Manchester.

John is responsible for delivering an integrated approach for the product, technology, and marketing areas within the family of FCTG’s Corporate Brands (Americas), which are heavily leveraged within FCM Travel Solutions. These integrated strategies help to deliver innovation, cost savings, new products and services to our corporate customers.
With a diverse background in multiple technical and industry verticals, John relies on his years of experience in systems architecture, design, and operations to help FCm deliver value-added solutions to clients.
