FCm Triumphs at Business Travel People Awards

FCm Travel Solutions has scooped the Account Management Team of the Year accolade at the 2014 Business Travel People Awards.
 
Organised by The Business Travel Magazine, and now in their third year, The People Awards recognise individuals and teams within travel management companies and travel suppliers whose professionalism and business excellence make them stand out from their industry peers. The winners are those who are judged to be outstanding performers in their field. 
 
The Account Management Team award recognises the team that takes a proactive and consultative approach to providing unrivalled customer service, care and value to their clients.
 
The People Awards’ panel of judges commented on FCm’s entry saying: “Data played an ever increasing role in the approach of the winners of this category. An innovative methodology to the presentation and use of data to drive behavioural change as well identifying areas for improvement across all areas of their client’s business travel programme was at the heart of a number of pro-active initiatives.”
 
The FCm entry focussed on the Account Management Team’s innovative approach to revolutionising the quality of management information presented to individual clients. Working closely with FCm’s Customer Information Team, they created a highly visual personalised data review pack which is combined with a multi-national data self-access tool. Account managers guide their client through the data pack to understand what data is important to them and extract what they need to present back to their business. 
Client feedback from the newly launched data packs has been extremely positive. Tracey Ollington, supplier manager, Airwave Solutions commented: “The new FCm data pack has been designed to incorporate a slicker presentation pack to enable highlights and recommendations that are relevant to our organisation.  The supporting data pack is more comprehensive with an executive level overview that enables me to communicate detailed messages to the stakeholders within the business.  The exception report allows understanding of areas in the business where education may be required on booking tools, booking in advance, and so on, which assist Airwave to be more cost effective”
