Steve NorrisCorporate Managing Director Europe & Africa
Following four years working with British Steel on their graduate programme as a technical engineer, Steve joined Flight Centre in 2002 as a travel consultant at the Uxbridge store. Steve spent a successful three years working in Flight Centre’s leisure travel business before moving into the product division to run the land department.
Prior to taking on responsibility for the continued growth and success of Flight Centre’s corporate brands in 2011, Steve held the position of Managing Director of the leisure business following two years as head of Group Marketing for Flight Centre UK. From this time, Steve began interacting with our top customers and has continued to maintain a high level of direct interaction in his role as Corporate Managing Director. He sees this as a key attribute in establishing partnerships with our clients. Steve’s experience across product, leisure and corporate travel gives him a grounded business view and insight into what will work and drive the right results in your business.
Joanna GreenfieldFCM General Manager
Jo’s career with Flight Centre Limited spans some 14 years having joined in 1999 as a retail travel consultant in Flight Centre’s London Goodge Street branch. She quickly progressed to Team Leader in 2000 and continued to open and run highly successful and award-winning leisure businesses for the following 3 years. In 2003 Jo was appointed as Area Leader of Flight Centre’s retail business travel division with responsibility for the operations and growth of 18 stores. Taking a hands-on approach, Jo was involved from pitch to implementation through to the ongoing delivery of service to the customer. It is this experience which drives Jo to ensure we fulfil our promises to you on the ground.
In 2010 Jo became General Manager of one of Flight Centre’s emerging brands, Round the World Experts. This role highlighted Jo’s ability to construct extremely effective training programmes for building airfare expertise and instilling a customer service mindset within every consultant. Jo joined the FCM as Operations Leader for Southern UK in August 2011 and was appointed General Manager in October 2012. Jo is heavily involved in client partnerships from the pitch stage and utilises her experience and skills to align the right team to deliver an effective programme for your business.
Julie KendrickOperations Manager
Julie first became a business travel consultant in 1989, and subsequently joined Flight Centre in 1997 as a Corporate Consultant in Birmingham. She progressed to assistant Branch Manager and then Branch Manager, and during this time, gained extensive knowledge and experience of business travel and our corporate customers’ requirements. In 2007 Julie was appointed Operational Leader for Northern UK and in 2012 moved to London to take on the operational leadership of Southern UK.
Julie loves the diversity the role provides and embraces change, citing the ownership FCM provides to its people to run their own businesses as a key factor in delivering the right outcomes for our customers. Julie believes the foundation of successfully implementing a new customer is understanding what the client’s needs are from the outset and everyone working towards the same goal. It is integral for all the different departments within FCM to be involved, from finance and technology, to systems and data specialists.
Graham RossHead of Sales
Graham leads a team of National BDMs in the UK whose overall responsibility is to support the growth strategy and to consistently present FC, Travel Solutions as the best Travel Management solution available nationally, regionally and globally. Graham started his travel career in 2000 in an Operational capacity as a consultant and later Branch and City Manager. In 2006 he moved into the Corporate Travel sector as an Operations Manager for a UK TMC before taking on a Global Account Management role. At the end of 2012 Graham agreed to join the Business Development team at FC, and was quickly placed onto the Senior Leadership Development Programme before taking over as the Head of Sales in July 2015.
Graham brings significant experience from both the leisure and corporate areas of the industry and with a history in Operations and Account Management provides a wealth of experience to our Sales team. He enjoys interaction with people from all areas of the industry and likes to attend and contribute to as many networking events as possible throughout the year. Graham and his team specialise in creating unique and superior travel solutions for their clients to ensure FCm always delivers and amazing travel experience.
Juan Antonio IglesiasDirector EMEA Account Management
Juan Antonio has more than 20 years’ experience in the travel industry. A native of Spain, he began his career in a retail company prior to eventually moving to a TMC where he worked across multiple areas including operations, implementation, consultancy and account management. Joining FCM seven years ago, Juan Antonio managed operations and customers relationship in Spain before accepting the role of Multinational Account Manager based in the United Kingdom.
Juan Antonio is the FCM Discipline Leader for the EMEA region, ensuring all multinational customers are managed according to FCM Global account management standards, working with all FCM countries to offer an identical service level and helping to deploy the right technology to each customer to achieve best in class travel programs Juan Antonio is highly focused on working in partnership with his clients to drive their objectives and desired outcomes as well as ensuring his customers are ready for tomorrows travel needs. Juan Antonio is multilingual, speaking his native Spanish as well as English and French. He enjoys travelling internationally to experience different cultures.
Peter SnowdonHead of Account Management - England
Peter joined FCM’s Account Management team in 2014, having been with the group for five years. Peter maintains close and effective communication with his clients and focuses on identifying solutions to improve performance, minimise costs and ensure a return on investment. He is also responsible for the overall direction, co-ordination and evaluation of customer requirements. His responsibilities include implementing new business and business plans, constructing and revising Service Level Agreements, negotiating specific supplier contracts, analysing and presenting management information and generating effective communication programmes.
Paul JarvieHead of Account Management - Scotland
Paul joined FCm’s Account Management team in 2010 after spending four years with a major hotel chain. Paul gained extensive knowledge of the travel industry through his previous role as a Hotel Sales Manager.During his time in this role, Paul was responsible for a variety of accounts both nationally and internationally. He undertook supplier negotiations, maintaining and developing key client relationships and generating new revenue streams. It is this experience which provided Paul with the perfect foundation of experience to move into an account manager with FCM.
Paul is integral to the success of our clients in Scotland and ensures that FCM account management is aligned to the corporate structure of each individual customer, providing the flexibility to accommodate their specific needs. We take a very hands-on, proactive and personal approach.
