Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate division appoints new chief marketing officer for Europe and Africa 

28th November 2016 – Today, Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) corporate arm has announced that Frits De Kok has joined its executive team as chief marketing officer (CMO) for Europe and Africa. Frits works across all brands that service FCTG’s corporate customers, including FCM Travel SolutionsCorporate TravellerFlight Centre Business TravelStage & Screen and cievents.

Frits brings with him a wealth of marketing experience in the travel and healthcare industries having spent the past four years at Chambers Travel Management, which has since rebranded and is now part of Corporate Travel Management.

Frits reports directly to FCTG’s corporate managing director Steve Norris, who commented; “Frits brings extraordinary business expertise and marketing leadership to Flight Centre Travel Group’s corporate business. He is recognised for developing strategies that enable companies to accelerate growth and build their brands across the globe. We are extremely excited to have him on board."

Regarding his new role, Frits commented; "I am looking forward to leading Flight Centre Travel Group’s outstanding corporate marketing team as CMO within the European and African regions. During his 25 year career Frits has held senior positions managing all aspects of business across a multitude of industries, including business travel and events, as well as pharmaceutical and healthcare. Frits’ experience spans multiple disciplines due to the range of roles he’s held across Europe, giving him diverse commercial knowledge and the expertise to translate these skills into successful marketing strategies that aid business growth and development.
