FCm Announced as National Business Awards Finalist

FCm Travel Solutions has been shortlisted for the Customer Focus Award in the prestigious 2014 National Business Awards.

Open to organisations of all sizes from all industry sectors across the UK, the National Business Awards is the UK’s most coveted independent business recognition platform, with a particular emphasis on excellence, innovation and ethical business.

The Customer Focus Award celebrates those organisations demonstrating the link between customer service and profit. It recognises those constantly striving to exceed customer expectations, deliver industry leading standards of service, and innovate around customer experience.

FCm joins the ranks of Britain’s leading businesses and social enterprises which have been revealed as finalists in categories ranging from the Smith & Williamson Entrepreneur of the Year, Santander Small to Medium-Sized Business of the Year and the Ashridge Business School Leader to the UKTI Digital Business of the Year and QBE FTSE 100 Business of the Year.
